Inclusive Volunteering Guide

This document provides detailed and practical ways for community and environmental groups and organisations to make their volunteering more inclusive. This resource has been written in consultation with the Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation, Cultura, GenU and Geelong Rainbow and focuses on building inclusivity for our First Nations peoples, people from the Culturally And Linguistically Diverse community, people with disabilities and people who are LGBTIQA+. This guide provides the reader with background information, practical actions and further information and despite it being written from the perspective of the environmental sector, it can be used by any group or organisation facilitating volunteering opportunities.
